ATEX solutions for both interior and exterior applications
When air volumes exceed approx. 6,000 m3 / h, we usually recommend low and medium pressure solutions. This includes
- Over pressure filters
- Under pressure filters
- Filter cleaning and regeneration
- Scraper and lock discharge, emptying in big bag, container or other.
- Ducts, dampers, hoses, capturing
- Return air or fumes with heat recovery
These are solutions that are intended for outdoor placement, with ATEX adaptation and especially suitable for industrial applications.
We calculate filter area, air volumes and duct systems, after thorough analyzes together with the customer, and adapt the location and collection according to each individual customer’s needs.
We take safety seriously, and always advise the customer to follow both the ATEX Product and User Directives. It is the customers who know their own dust, but wood dust will always be combustible and thus represents a risk of explosion.
The systems are therefore equipped with explosion hatches, earthing, non-return valves, ATEX-approved electronic equipment, and other necessary tools, to ensure that the directives are in compliance.
